Seasonal or environmental allergies, also known as Allergic Rhinitis or hay fever, is the most common form of allergy and can lead to other problems like asthma, sinusitis and ear discomfort. Persons can be allergic to any combination of allergens such as trees, grasses, weeds, molds, animals and dust mites. Some people may have symptoms only during certain seasons and others may have year-round symptoms. If untreated, allergies can lead to poor quality of life.
We help patients by performing allergy testing, advising environmental changes, medications and sometimes allergy shots, as appropriate.
