Food allergies are a rising problem worldwide, but many patients are also misdiagnosed with food allergies. Our goal is to help patients and their families make sense of their symptoms and test results and to avoid foods if it is truly necessary to avoid a life-threatening reaction. We diagnose many cases of food allergies but we also are able to remove the label of food allergies in patients just as often.
We help patients by reviewing your history in detail, understanding which foods you are concerned about, reviewing your outside test results, and performing allergy testing as appropriate. Once all that information is put together, we help you identify which foods to avoid and how to handle an allergic reaction.
